Retreat Meeting Spaces
Your retreat wouldn't be complete without dedicated time spent together. We have various options to accommodate your needs.
Meeting room assignments are made based on how many people are attending your retreat and in consideration of all reservations on campus.
Krowe Activity Hall
Accommodates up to 150 chairs arranged in rows. Equipped with a rear projection system, basic sound and lighting equipment, and suitable for a full band setup.
Also a great hang out spot on rainy days.
Lodge Living Rooms
Groups with around 20-35 people often really enjoy the intimacy of meeting right in your lodge. We can move in extra chairs and a projector for your teaching times. An acoustic band setup is ideal for this space.

Groups with multiple assigned lodges often utilize the living rooms for breakout or smaller group sessions.
Dining Room
Our dining room is a great location for meeting times between meals. We don't mind re-arranging chairs or tables a few times to make it comfortable for you. We can also set up a projector and speaker in this location, if needed.
A great location for groups of 30-60 people.

Meeting outdoors is a fun way to achieve your goals. Our spaces offer incredible possibilities. With a spacious picnic pavilion, a stage area overlooking the river, and a dedicated outdoor worship area, you have everything you need to make your gathering a success.
