Our Fall Festival is open to the community and all are welcome to attend. It is a family event with hay rides, fall games, costumes, candy, and delicious food.

Sponsorship Opportunities for local businesses
​Our Fall Festival is a gift to the community. As a fundraiser, the festival helps camp fund much needed projects.

Sponsor an area of the festival with a sign for your business and public acknowledgement. The different tiers will receive different acknowledgment, such as social media recognition, link on SM, yard sign at event, public announcement at event, and larger signs. Reach out for specifics.

Handouts in gift bags. Gift bags are handed out upon entering the festival. $300, plus you provide 200 hand outs due October 13. No political or religious handouts accepted. - Silver Tier

Silent Auction Fundraiser
Camp Piankatank's Fall Festival is a gift to the community. It is free, but also has many costs. The auction helps offeset the costs of the festival. Camp also has many projects needed on our property that are assisted through the fundraiser. A silent auction will be open for Fall Festival guests as well as to guests at our 65th Anniversary Celebration dinner the night of the festival.
The auction will close in the evening at our anniversary dinner, giving all of our guests that day and opportunity to bid.
