What should I bring to Day Camp?
Great question! Bring your little one ready for fun each day. Most importantly, LABEL EVERYTHING with your child's name. Just use a permanent marker or buy waterproof name labels. Please wear play clothes each day, items that can get dirty and you can play hard in. Labeling their clothing is recommended.
-
A bag to put all your gear in.
-
Bottle of sunscreen. And come with a layer of sunscreen on in the morning.
-
Shoes- water shoes and tennis shoes; wear one, bring the other in your bag. Water shoes- the kind that can get wet but do not fall off easily. Something with a heal strap, not flip flops.
-
Bathing suit and towel. One pieces only for the girls.
-
Refillable water bottle, labeled with their name.
-
A change of clothes just in case.
-
Lunch and a snack are provided each day. We do accommodate most common food allergies, if reported on your health form. But some children still choose to bring their own lunch. This is fine, but not necessary. We cannot refrigerate lunches.
-
A poncho, only if it is calling for rain.
-
Campers may NOT bring cell phones or electronics of any kind. They will be confiscated.
-
Optional: Make sure you have added camp store (Trading Post) money to your camp store account. For day camp, around $20-$30 should suffice for the week. This can be added by logging back into your camp account where you registered online. HERE
-
Make sure your health forms and account are up to date before arrival on the first day. This can be checked by logging back into your camp account where you registered online. HERE
