Meeting Space
Our meeting spaces foster learning and growth, various options to fit your needs. Krowe Hall accommodates up 150 people with audio-visual technology. For groups of 30 or fewer, the lodge living room or dining hall are excellent choices. Portable AV equipment is available for all spaces.

One of our passions is partnering with churches to help your ministry grow and thrive. We strongly believe that retreats are a backbone of strong community and spiritual growth. Let us help your next retreat be a raging success! While many of our rental groups are churches, we also love and partner with many non-profits and schools.

Our most popular retreat packages:

One night with three meals (typically dinner Friday, Breakfast and lunch Sunday): $69 per person

Two nights with four meals (typically arrival Friday, three meals Saturday, breakfast and checkout Sunday): $103 per person

Two nights with five meals (typically arrival Friday, dinner Friday, three meals Saturday, breakfast and checkout Sunday): $117 per person

Meeting Space Included

All stays include a meeting space.

Groups of 30 or less may meet in their lodge's central room.

Groups of 30+ will be assigned either Krowe Activity Hall or our Dining Hall for meeting space.

Basic audio and visual technology is available for all meeting spaces, at no charge.

Camp Piankatank does not rent out our facilities during our summer camp program- this runs from mid-June thru early-August.​

Associate Director for Retreat Rentals and Food Services
Niki Gourley and her husband Steve (the Camp Director) came to Piankatank full-time in 2006. Niki has held many roles here over the years. Niki will walk you through every step of a successful retreat. She also manages our food services and media.
