Compensation
This ministry offers paid positions where staff receive housing, meals, and a weekly salary. While some may view the salary as modest, it is actually competitive by national summer camp standards. We encourage applicants to appreciate the added value of provided housing and meals, particularly in today’s economic climate.
You'll have the chance to obtain lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications, all covered by the camp, which can benefit your future job prospects.
Future employers often appreciate camp experience on a resume, as it reflects your passion, compassion, and strong work ethic.

Summer Staff
Our summer camp staff are truly exceptional, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and expertise to every day. Their dedication and passion create a welcoming environment where campers grow and make unforgettable memories.
Joining our summer staff is a 9-week commitment. Two weeks of training, followed by 7 weeks of camp. Contract dates for 2025 are June 1-August 3.
Overnight camp counselors must be at least 18 years old.
Day camp counselors must be at least 16 years old.
Also hiring Support Staff, and one Healthcare Coordinator.
