Mail and Email Guidelines and Tips

Emails are printed and given to campers once a day, at either lunch or dinner. Our new online email service helps us compensate the cost of printing emails and organizes the emails for us saving us a lot of time that we can now spend with your kids. The service also allows your camper to respond to you by email on special paper that you may purchase. As a part of our contract with the new online service we can no longer accept emails to campers sent to our email accounts or to the old email address.

Mail- Send as much mail as you would like (address above). When sending packages please do not include large amounts of candy or sweets or anything not allowed at camp. Don't forget to send your camper with stationary, envelopes and stamps if they would like to send you mail. Remember that mail is slow and the kids get very busy, so try not to be too sad if you don't get your letter until later in the week or even after your camper is already home.

Its a camp tradition to sing for your mail and emails. No need to practice up though. They sing with a group of their friends. Silly songs like nursery rhymes, Sunday school songs, etc. its always fun.

In all messages to campers we encourage you to be positive. Try not to emphasize too much how much you miss them or how much fun you're having without them (as both of these types of messages may make them miss home or increase their likelihood of becoming homesick) and we know you want them to have a great time while they're here.
