When you sign a reservation contract with us you will receive a full list of guidelines.
To make a reservation, a deposit of 25% of the estimated total will be due. This is non-refundable.
We need a final count of participants the Tuesday before arrival. This number reflects your final bill and will not be decreased if someone does not show up, but will be increased if more people attend than expected.
The remainder of lodging and meals fees (after deposit) are due upon arrival for the retreat.
Activities fees are billed after your retreat to include the actual number of participants.
There are no refunds, or change to the bill, for lodging and meals fees for “no shows” or those who leave early.
We prefer payment by check. This helps us keep our costs down by not having to pay credit card fees.
Since our prices are per person, all reservations include a 90% guarantee. This means that you are committing to pay the agreed upon per person rate for at least 90% of the estimated participant number. You may change your estimated participant number 120 days before arrival without penalty. If you bring less participants than originally expected you may be asked to use less buildings than your original contract included.
There is no “penalty” for bringing more people than expected, as long as enough bed space has been reserved or can be added. The per person rate applies.
FULL CANCELLATION of events made LESS THAN 120 DAYS before the event will result in a cancellation fee of 90% of the lodging fees, 50% of the meal fees.
Cancellations due to natural disaster (hurricane or ice storm are the most common) may be transferred to another date within the same year. Otherwise deposits are non-refundable.
